FREQUENTLY ASKED

How fast is delivery?
Instant. Your key arrives by email within seconds of checkout, and it's also visible in your account dashboard under My Products.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via our processor. Additional methods are coming soon — join Discord for updates.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the 2-hour warranty window if the account is broken and we can't replace it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For large orders, open a ticket on Discord and we'll work something out.
What does NFA mean?
No Full Access. You get a redeem key that loads the account through our loader — the Steam login is handled for you. You don't receive Steam credentials, email access, or ownership of the account.
Do I get the Steam login?
No. NFA accounts are accessed via a redeem key through our loader. You never see or need the Steam credentials.
Can I change the email on an account?
No. NFA accounts are locked to the loader — email changes aren't supported.
What happens if I get banned?
If the ban happened before your first login and within the 2-hour warranty, we'll replace the account. If the ban happened after you logged in and played, it's not covered — that's the trade-off of NFA accounts.
How do I redeem my key?
Go to My Products in your account, find the key, and click REDEEM NOW. The panel opens, you click ACTIVATE KEY, and your credentials appear immediately.
The loader won't open — what do I do?
Your antivirus is almost certainly blocking it. Add an exclusion for the loader folder in Windows Defender or your antivirus software, then try again. Details in the troubleshooting section below.
Where is the loader?
Download it from the redeem panel — there's a LOADER.EXE button right after your credentials. You can reopen the panel anytime from My Products.
What if my key doesn't work?
Double-check the spelling — keys are case-sensitive. If it still fails, open a Discord ticket with your order number and the key.
How does the 2-hour warranty work?
The clock starts the moment you activate your key. For 2 hours, if the account fails to log in or has a pre-existing ban, we replace it free.
What's covered by the warranty?
Failed logins and VAC/game bans that existed before your first login. Not covered: bans after playing, issues from sharing credentials, or claims made after the 2-hour window.
How do I claim warranty?
Click GET WARRANTY in your redeem panel while the timer is still running. If the account is eligible, we replace it instantly. If that fails, open a Discord ticket.
Is this legal?
We sell access to gaming accounts as digital goods. It's your responsibility to check the rules of the game you're playing and the laws in your jurisdiction.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. We don't sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I contact you?

TROUBLESHOOTING

Antivirus blocking the loader

Windows Defender and most antivirus software will flag LOADER.EXE as suspicious — this is a false positive. Add an exclusion for the folder you downloaded it to. On Windows: Settings → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → Add folder. Then re-download and try again.

Loader closes immediately

Run the loader as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator). If it still closes, your antivirus is likely still blocking it in the background — check your quarantine log.

Credentials don't work

Copy the credentials directly from the redeem panel using the COPY button — don't retype them. Paste them exactly as they appear in the loader. Tokens are long and case-sensitive.

Key says 'already redeemed'

Your key has already been activated. Go to My Products and click REDEEM NOW — the panel will open with your credentials already loaded.

Nothing helps

Open a Discord ticket with your order number (LSD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help.
