Terms of Service

Welcome to LSD. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LSD, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to view materials on LSD for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials for commercial use;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;
Transfer the materials to another person or server;
Resell, share, or redistribute account keys issued to you.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by LSD at any time.

3. Product Disclaimer

All accounts sold on LSD are NFA (No Full Access) accounts. You are purchasing a redeem key that provides access to the account through our loader. No Steam credentials, email access, or full ownership of the account is transferred. Accounts are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

4. Stock, Availability, and Fulfillment

Availability shown on the site is live and reflects our best current figure. Adding an item to your cart does not allocate it to you, and neither does starting the checkout. Because stock is shared with other customers and updates continuously, an item can sell out between the moment you see it and the moment your payment is taken.

We check availability again at the exact moment payment is taken. If an item you selected is no longer available, your order is stopped before any payment is captured, and you are told which item was affected so you can adjust and retry. In the rare case a payment is taken and we cannot supply the account, we will refund the amount paid for that item in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Warranty

Each account is covered by a 2-hour warranty starting from the moment you redeem your key. During this window, if the account fails to log in or has a VAC/game ban that predates your first login, we will replace the account at no cost. After the 2-hour window ends, or after you have logged into and used the account, the warranty no longer applies.

6. Limitations

In no event shall LSD be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use LSD, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

7. Modifications

LSD may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data LSD collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using our services you agree to this policy.

1. What We Collect

Email address — used for account login, order confirmation, and key delivery.
Order history — what you purchased, when, and for how much.
Redeem keys — the unique keys issued to you, and their redemption status.
Session cookies — used to keep you signed in.
IP address — standard web server logs for fraud prevention.

2. What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. We do not track you across other websites.

3. Third Parties

To operate, we rely on these services, each of which receives limited data necessary for their function:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting
Resend — sending order confirmation emails
ePayVista — processing payments (card data never touches our servers)
Discord — customer support

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and order history within 30 days. Requests can be made via Discord.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Refund Policy

We want every account we deliver to work. If it doesn't, we replace it. If we can't replace it, we refund it. Here are the exact rules.

1. Warranty Window

Each account is covered by a 2-hour warranty starting the moment you click ACTIVATE on your key. Outside this window, no warranty applies.

2. What's Covered

Account fails to log in through our loader;
VAC or game ban that was already present before your first login to the account.

3. What's Not Covered

Any ban that occurs after you've logged into or played on the account;
Issues caused by sharing credentials externally;
Warranty claims made outside the 2-hour window;
Change of mind after the key has been activated.

4. Replacement First

When a claim is approved, we issue a replacement account of the same tier. Replacements start a fresh 2-hour warranty.

5. Refund if Replacement Fails

If we cannot supply a working replacement, we will refund the amount you paid for that account. Refunds are processed through our payment provider back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

6. How to Claim

Open a ticket on Discord at discord.gg/getlsd and include:

Your order number (LSD-YYYYMMDD-XXXX);
The key you received;
A short description of the issue.

Claims are reviewed within the 2-hour warranty window. Wait for us to reply before submitting multiple tickets.
